I received a letter this week from CCMC announcing a rate hike for our HOA dues. For single family homes, the HOA dues are jumping to $62 per month, up from $56. The new rate is set to go into effect this coming January. For cluster homes, the HOA dues were already higher, so I’m not sure what they are being hiked to. Personally, I think it’s ridiculous that our HOA dues are increasing already. I’ve lived in this community for under a year and it’s already going up. Consider this; at a minimum of $62 per month (cluster homes pay more) with 526 homes total in our community, the HOA will be bringing in over $32,612 per month. Does it really cost that much to maintain the non-heated pool, landscaping and the gates? I think not.

The east gate automatic opening and closing schedule will change to the following:
7:00am to 6pm weekdays,
9:30am to 6pm weekends.
Please note: When one of the gates has been damaged, i.e. the exit gate – ParkPro will program both enter and exit sides of the gates to be open. The reason for this is because people generally will use only the one side of the gate that is open and not wait for the use of the closed gate. Accidents occur when both sides are using the same gate to enter and exit. It is a safety issue.
