I asked Pulte to provide some stats on the number of homes sold, being built & for sale as of last month. Here is what they provided.

Traditional Homes:
Completed Construction =236 Of 248 Total
Sold = 234
Under Construction or not yet built = 12
For Sale = 8
Sold for December = 5

Cluster Homes
Completed construction: 219 of 276 total
Under construction or not yet built: 57
For sale: 10
Sold this month: 0
Total sold: 212 of 276 total
