I asked Pulte to provide some stats on the number of homes sold, being built & for sale as of last month. Here is what they provided.
Traditional Homes:
Completed Construction: 244 of 248 Total
Under construction or not yet built: 4
For sale: 6
Sold this month: 1
Total sold: 242 of 248 total
Cluster Homes:
Completed construction: 222 of 276 total
Under construction or not yet built: 54
For sale: 6
Sold this month: 2
Total sold: 216 of 276 total

No, I email Pulte and then post it online, that’s why I post it. If you’d like to take over this task, I can show you how to do it. It’s very easy.
