I have not been able to post anything recently with undiagnosed computer issues. In addition, our Communications Chair, who normally sends out e-mails to our BW e-mail group, has been out of touch. Plus my work hours have been extremely crazy lately. In short, I am very behind. My plan is to try to catch up in the next few week or as a last resort, over the holidays.

Is anyone having problems with Cox Cable TV service? I get regular loss of signal, cannot access some shows, etc.

I reported the issue with the west gate to CCMC. They had not seen it or heard of it before this. Seems Michelle does inspections during weekdays when the gate is open for construction traffic and the company that does inspections 3 nights a week may or may not use the west gate. So happy we pay for CCMC to be our management company.

We should start researching other companies now, that way we are ready to move when we can.

I agree. We need a company with a system for reporting issues so we can see reponse times, we need SLAs, and we need a manager who actually manages the community proactively, not reactively.

Who do we report street lights out to? The one on Garrin and LeMarche has not been working for some time and needs to be taken care of as it is very dark over there.
