I asked Pulte to provide some stats on the number of homes sold, being built & for sale as of this month. Here is what they provided.

Traditional Homes
Completed Construction =231 Of 248 Total
Sold = 235
Under Construction or not yet built = 17
For Sale = 6
Sold for Nov ’09 = 1

Cluster Homes
Completed construction: 215 of 276 total
Under construction or not yet built: 64
For sale: 10
Sold this month: 0
Total sold: 212 of 276 total
